Joe Biden promised to unite the country, but delivered disinformation and smears instead
Just about everything Biden and Psaki say is intended to divide Americans. Worse, their agenda to transform America is extreme.
Joe Biden promised to unite the country but delivered disinformation and smears instead. Biden claims young people might be segregated based on sexual orientation and that birth control and same-sex marriage would be at risk if Roe v. Wade is overturned.
The administration will have two new departments—surely to be called the Misinformation Governance Board and the Environmental Justice Department—to counter the narratives or views that differ from those approved by Homeland Security and the Justice Department. This would put the government and all of its power behind the new Disinformation Board and a new office set up to enforce environmental justice in minority communities.
The real intent, I'm sorry to say, is that the administration will be producing more disinformation to control for political purposes the narratives (consensus) of others. A government plan to advance racial 'equity' across 90 federal agencies requires the support of minorities. But censoring narratives that undermine the 'transformation' agenda is the real goal.
Disinformation is a subset of propaganda and is itself false information intended to deceive. It is sometimes confused with misinformation, which is false information but not deliberate.
Biden and the Democrats are desperately trying to gin up supporters to vote in the November midterm elections. They believe divisive and misleading rhetoric will help them legislatively reverse the potential abortion ruling—a ruling which would allow states to set their own policies.
“What happens if you change the law saying that children who are LGBTQ can’t be in classrooms with other children?” Biden said. “Is that legit under the way that the decision is written? What are the next things that are going to be attacked?”
White House press secretary Jen Psaki said, “You will see Joe Biden call out more places where he feels there are extreme policies and extreme comments and extreme positions that are unfortunately overtaking far too much of the [Republican] Party.”
Note the number of times she said "extreme."
Biden was referring to a recent Florida law that restricts the teaching of sexual orientation and gender identity in kindergarten through third grade. Critics call it the “Don’t say gay” law. No state in the nation is proposing to segregate LGBTQ children in the classroom. This is especially true in Florida.
Psaki said that the extreme wings of the Republican Party would rather divide than work on issues that impact the American people. This is a great example of projection by an administration that has failed to address any of the major issues that harm Americans today. The list of failures is long.
Just about everything Biden and Psaki say is intended to divide Americans. Worse, their agenda to transform America is extreme. Biden's destructive and counter-productive executive orders and policies are the reasons Americans are suffering.
Joe Biden has named his new press secretary, after it was announced that Jen Psaki will leave the administration, expected to become a TV host at MSNBC.
Karine Jean-Pierre will be the new face of Biden's [Orwellian] Ministry of Truth. Born in Martinique to Haitian parents, Jean-Pierre grew up in New York. She is the first black woman and the first gay person in the role. She lives with her partner, CNN's national correspondent, Suzanne Malveaux, and their seven-year-old daughter, Soleil.
Jean-Pierre was Kamala Harris’s chief of staff during the vice-president’s presidential campaign in 2020 and served on Barack Obama’s campaigns in 2008 and 2012. She was also an adviser and spokesperson for MoveOn.org, a progressive Pac.
Jean-Pierre will no doubt view and discuss issues through a liberal progressive lens. It's the wrong view for the vast majority of Americans. The new spokesperson represents the most important and politically-correct requirements for Biden's woke administration. Unfortunately, taxpayers are not being represented by the Biden administration or the Democrats in control of Congress—regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, or race. Hence the real discrimination.
While many were celebrating the historic nature of her appointment, others noted that it poses questions of a conflict of interest. Biden's new press secretary is in bed with a media personality that works for a network that covers the government.
A few interesting facts from the New York Post:
“Trump’s MAGA movement includes high-profile LGBT members, including Richard Grenell, who in 2020 became the nation’s first openly gay or lesbian cabinet-level official when Trump appointed him as acting national intelligence director.”
“In the 2016 campaign, Trump posed with a rainbow pride flag and said that Caitlyn Jenner, who is transgender, was welcome to use any bathroom she pleased in Trump Tower.”
“As president, Trump 2017 reimposed a military ban on transgender members, but he also launched a global push to decriminalize homosexuality. Trump’s West Wing adviser Kellyanne Conway defended his record, declaring Trump ‘the first president to start as president approving of gay marriage’”.
When politicians misinform the American public, journalists and readers can correct it. When they disinform, the intent is to deceive and intent is always difficult to establish. Tellingly, the origin of the word is the Cold War Russian dezinformatsiya—and right now Russia is the last place Biden should be indebted to.
Biden and his supporters are using "Rules for Radicals". They emphasize the 'marginalized' people in an attempt to "go outside the experience of the enemy" (3) with the belief they can convince voters that Republicans don't support them; they ignore facts which demonstrate Republicans have involved minorities (LGBTQ, BIPOC, etc.) in meaningful positions. The Left is wrong but is trying to convey that message. They are trying to divide society in an attempt to "push a negative hard and deep enough" for a break through (11). They also try to use a "threat that is more terrifying than the thing itself" (9). Undoubtedly, they are using the other tactics Alinsky outlined.
I expect the Justices recognize these tactics, and others espoused by Alinsky, and will resist. The challenge will be whether they 'break through' and convince independents or fence-sitters to move to the left. (Musk's diagram - really Colin Wright's - demonstrated what has been happening.)
I believe their tactics won't work. The problems with growing gun violence, growing crime (not by right-leaning citizens), soft DAs, and the oppressive economic situation all spawned by Biden and Bernie's leftist ideas are the root of many of the problems affecting voters. These problems won't go away in time for a November rescue. Therefore, I continue to look forward to a sweep that resolves some of the stupidity in the legislature. My greatest concern is holding out for another 6 months.
