To incite imminent lawless action is illegal. According to Brandenburg v. Ohio, 395 U.S. 444 (1969), they fulfill “intent,” “likelihood,” and “immenance.” They should be prosecuted or at a minimum censured in congress.

Good to know there is a law that can be used to stop the incitement. The protests and violence will escalate if Trump’s DOJ doesn’t nip it in the bud. The Democrats are despicable evil people and power hungry. History has proven these types of mob movements can work.

It's not trite, the evidence - out of the mouths of those who say 'fight in the streets' - supports my way of saying it. Perhaps those who hate trump and want to destroy and stop musk would think it is trite. Would you say that the 'weaponization of the law' - lawfare used against a political opponent - is trite? I don't think so.
